House of Bounce Batavia is not a drop off facility. A parent or adult guardian must be present at all times. Gaurdians are solely responsible for supervision and safety of their child during the entire visit.

All guests at House of Bounce, whether adults or children, are required to sign a waiver before participating in any activities. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and to outline the rules and guidelines of our facility. We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and want to make sure everyone has a fun and safe experience at our facility. The waiver can be signed online before your visit to save time, or can be completed upon arrival. If you have any questions about the waiver or our safety policies, please don't hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff members for assistance.

We kindly ask that outside food and drink not be brought into House of Bounce. For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we offer a variety of snacks, drinks, and ice cream for purchase at our on-site cafe. House of Bounce open play area is best suited for 12 and under. Our Nerf Battle Zone arena, arcade, and Splatter Room is fun for all ages!

We understand that things come up and plans can change. At House of Bounce, we are happy to accommodate reservation rescheduling. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation time to make any changes. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and ensure that we can still accommodate your party at a different time. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. If you need to make a change to your reservation, simply give us a call and we will do our best to find a new time that works for you and your guests. There are no refunds for deposits or reservations. Call us directly at 585-813-5680 if an issue arises with your scheduled time and date. We can reschedule you for a later date.
